Graffiti jam

This wall proved to be a magnet for unwanted graffiti. To prevent this, the City of Ghent went to street art talents Resto and Sam Scarpulla with the request to offer a nice alternative that would also brighten up the wall.

In Ghent, the application of graffiti, posters and stickers, in any form whatsoever, is not allowed without the owner's permission and is therefore punishable. This prohibition applies to both public and private property, and the City of Ghent will remove all unwanted graffiti, posters and stickers for free.
Infringers will be tracked down and sanctioned and will have to reimburse the City of Ghent for all removal costs.
