Mr. Mong
Work by Mr. Mong made for 'Sorry, not Sorry' in 2016.
No place or object in his path was safe for the young rascal Mr. Mong. Drawing became a constant in his life, at any place and at any time of the day.
He took up painting later on in his life. Humour, horror, monkeys, tough girls and rock 'n' roll are the favourite ingredients in his oeuvre. Only when he's ready for his daily cup of comfort can he lay down his weapons. Then he mumbles something in the sense of: 'clean lines and surfaces will always be a challenge...'
Mr. Mong already has a couple of famous fans, including Juliette Lewis (American actress from ‘Natural Born Killers’) and Daniel Masterson (Hyde from ‘That 70's show’), who has a Mr. Mong hanging on his wall.
