The wall along the walking and cycling path had already been provided with a mural made by Steve Locatelli and Eyes B. In 2018, however, the drawing needed to be renewed and Steve was asked to create a new one.
Steve Locatelli was born in Brussels, where he began painting graffiti in the metro. He is known for his bright colours and frequent depiction of skulls.
