Surreal mural in yellow and blue
On the side wall of art centre VierNulVier (formerly known as De Vooruit) you can see a subtle, colourful mural made by artists Haitham Haddad and Sarah Yu Zeebroek.
Daughter of Flemish cartoonist Kamagurka, Sarah Yu Zeebroek is a visual artist, illustrator and musician. She creates illustrations for newspapers and magazines, and also regularly produces artwork for bands and (musical) theatre companies. Her work shows the rich imagination that is part of her day and night dreams. Often interspersed with surreal scenes, sometimes with a humorous twist, but never centred around the joke itself.
