For the fourth edition of the Sorry, Not Sorry festival in 2022, Emmeline Geiregat created 'Vitrine', a long-term project in the neighbourhood park De Porre which brings art into the public space. This miniature art gallery measuring 65x80 cm and shaped like a box with a window and lighting is aimed at pushing the boundaries of street art. 'Vitrine' provides artists with the opportunity to make works that can only be displayed indoors visible outdoors 24/7.

Toren van Babel

Jules de Saint Genoisstraat , 9050 Gentbrugge Homa Arkani

“Tower of Babel” is inspired by Pieter Bruegel the Elder’s painting of the same name. 8 large stones from the art-nouveau Volkshuis designed by Victor Horta serve as her canvas. They are part of a dry stone wall at the De Porre park.
This work breathes new life into the former industrial site while preserving its history.
